Kira Pollack
Director of Photography
Kira Pollack joined TIME as the director of photography in October 2009. She oversees the photographic vision of TIME, TIME.com and TIME on the iPad. TIME has won numerous awards, including Overseas Press Club, World Press, POYi, SPD and American Photography. Previously, Pollack was the deputy photo editor for the New York Times Magazine. During her 11-year tenure, she helped launch Play, the Times’ sports magazine.
Paul Moakley
Deputy Photo Editor, TIME
Paul Moakley has been the deputy photo editor of TIME since 2010. He covers national news and special projects such as Person of the Year and the LightBox photo blog. Previously he was senior photo editor at Newsweek and photo editor of PDN (Photo District News). Moakley is an adjunct professor at the School of Visual Arts in New York City as well as a photographer and filmmaker. He lives at the Alice Austen House Museum, home of one of America’s earliest photographers, as caretaker and curator of the museum.
Phil Bicker
Senior Photo Editor, TIME
Phil Bicker, who joined TIME in 2010, curates LightBox: The 10 Best Pictures of the Week for the iPad edition and contributes as a photo editor to TIME and TIME.com. Before working as a senior photo editor, Phil was an art director, starting at the Face magazine in London. He later art directed Creative Camera magazine and was creative director of Vogue Hommes International and the Fader. In addition to working with TIME, Bicker is creative director at Magnum Photos, New York.
Erica Fahr Campbell
Photo Assistant, TIME
Erica Fahr Campbell joined TIME in 2011 as the photo assistant, working on production for special projects including 9/11: Portraits of Resilience. Previously, she worked as an artist assistant and freelance curator. Campbell studied at Parsons School of Design in New York, as well as Camberwell College of Art in London. In addition to her position at TIME, her personal work has been exhibited and published internationally.
Deirdre van Dyk
Senior Reporter, TIME
Deirdre van Dyk is a senior reporter at TIME. Along with working in the Business and Nation sections, she has helped put together special issues on American history, TIME Style & Design as well as books on President Obama, Senator Ted Kennedy and the earthquake in Haiti. Before joining TIME in October 2001, she worked at LIFE and Real Simple magazines and as a TV field producer for Bravo’s Arts & Minds.
Yumi Goto
Associate Photo Editor, TIME.com
Yumi Goto, who joined TIME in 2007, is the associate photo editor for TIME.com. Born in Japan and raised in California, she studied photography at the Spéos Photographic Institute in Paris and began honing her eye as a photo editor at TIME’s Asia edition in Hong Kong. Previously, she worked at Real Simple and Lucky magazines.
Neil Harris
Associate Photo Editor, TIME
Neil Harris joined TIME in 2010 as an associate photo editor. Previously, he was the photo editor at CNNMoney.com as well as an adjunct assistant professor for photography at the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism, where he established a program to partner his students with photojournalism students at the International Center of Photography. He was also a founding member and director of the documentary photography collective Veras Images.
Alexander Ho
Verticals Photo Editor, TIME.com
Since 2011, Alexander Ho has been the Verticals Photo Editor of TIME.com, where he oversees the photography of the Verticals and Blogs and contributes to special packages. He joined TIME as a magazine intern in 2010 and contributed to the Briefing and Culture sections and coordinated stories for LightBox. Previously, after graduating from Parsons the New School for Design, he worked as a curator and artist’s assistant. In addition to photo editing for TIME, he is also a photographer—his work has been published and exhibited internationally.
Myles Little

Myles Little has been an associate photo editor at TIME since 2011. Born in Ireland and raised in the U.S., he studied photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design. He previously edited photos at Bloomberg Businessweek, TIME.com and Conde Nast Portfolio.com.
Natalie Matutschovsky
Senior Photo Editor, TIME
Natalie Matutschovsky joined TIME in 2010 as associate photo editor. In addition to contributing to weekly features and special packages like the TIME 100 and an annual roundup of great-performances portraits, she edits for the Culture section. Natalie was formerly at the New Yorker, where she curated images for the fiction section. Before moving to New York City in 2006, she headed up photography at the Walrus, a magazine based in her hometown, Toronto.
Crary Pullen

Crary Pullen joined the staff at TIME in 2006. As a photo editor, she has produced numerous special issues and three books, and she covers environmental, health and society stories on a weekly basis. Before coming to TIME, she was a photo editor at LIFE, Talk and the Washington Post magazines and was the New Yorker’s first director of photography.

Feifei Sun joined TIME in 2010 and is the text editor of LightBox. She also reports on fashion and culture for TIME and TIME.com, and works on the magazine's special issues, including Person of the Year and TIME 100. Previously, Sun worked at Vanity Fair, where she wrote about photography and served as an assistant editor on the magazine's hardcover books.

Marie Tobias, whose career spans over 15 years at TIME, is an associate photo editor. During her tenure, she has worked primarily as photo editor of the magazine’s Arts section. Tobias has won awards from American Photography, Communication Arts and POYi.
Patrick Witty
International Picture Editor, TIME
Patrick Witty is the international picture editor of TIME. Before joining the magazine in 2010, he led the New York Times’ photographic coverage of conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Gaza war, the Sichuan earthquake, the Russia-Georgia war and Africa. Patrick was a member of the foreign staff awarded the 2009 Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting for the Times’ coverage of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Jonathan D. Woods

Jonathan Woods joined TIME.com as photo editor in March 2012. Previously, Woods spent three years with msnbc.com as a multimedia producer and six as a photojournalist for newspapers ranging from the Gazette in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to the Rocky Mountain News in Denver. Woods oversees the photographic vision of TIME.com and the team of picture editors who contribute to it.
