Photographing the Invisible World of the Military: Interview with Trevor Paglen

Trevor Paglen discusses his book Invisible, (Aperture 2010) a photographic effort to uncover covert military operations and classified intelligence organizations. Paglen’s multifaceted approach as a conceptual artist, writer, and “experimental geographer” distorts the traditional distinctions between journalism and art. In effect the viewer is left to contemplate the difference between seeing and believing. Watch the interview here.
